I like the idea of Future-Hiro. I can only hope that Future-Hiro and Present-Hiro meet.
Most intriguing (sp?) parts of Ep. 4: Of course, Future Hiro. And Peter's realization that he doesn't have any powers, instead he borrows them, much like X-Men's Rogue before the whole over the top draining episode. Anyone remember whose powers she permanently drained?
Now usually in comic books, scars given to heros are hidden, and scars given to villians are VERY visible. That makes me wonder if Peter isn't going to turn out to be evil. Not that I'm saying he's going to be, but just a possibility.

You're dead on right - the villain always DOES have a scar in every other comic book. How would Hiro fight someone who could mimic his powers??

Hiro is totally going to kick Peter's butt if it ever comes to that. He'll grab, Peter, teleport him to another planet and leave him there. Peter won't be able to use Hiro's powers if he's not around.

I loved when Niki "snapped", that look in her eyes before she said "Niki's not here." I wonder what Hyde-Niki's name is?
Okay, I don't know how familiar everyone is with Carl Jung's work in Psychology, but one of his theories was that in every man exists a feminine side, or a feminine energy or image, which he called Anima, and within every woman exists a masculine energy or image, which he called Animus. A person who has very repressed and underdeveloped qualities can be possessed by their Anima or Animus, where unconscious qualities control behaviour without being integrated into consciousness. Also, he developed a theory called Shadow, which is closer to consciousness that the Anima/Animus, and therefore easier to assimilate into the conscious mind. It is much like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, where Dr. Jekyll is the socially desirable aspects of a person, where Mr. Hyde is the negative aspects of the person, the Shadow. It basically represents the dark side of personality.
Okay, I know that was long winded, but anyways, my theory is that this is existant in every person, but in Nikki, either the Animus, or the Shadow has been brought forth as a devensive mechanism, a power that keeps her out of danger, and alive at all costs, which is her superpower. It would be cool if her name was something like Animus.
I was cheering when future Hiro showed up. I sure hope Peter doesn't wind up going bad...if that was his fate though, why couldn't Hiro have just wasted him there on the subway?
What made me laugh - but really shouldn't have - Is where the Coyboys mob meets Hiro and Ando in the Alley. Ando says Hiro wil take them on and then Hiro is decked with one quick backhand.
