My brother was telling me that he had read somewhere that they might be killing a hero off some time in the near future. Have any of you heard that too?

I haven't heard that. It is possible though I am sure. We will just have to wait and see I guess.

I think it's inevitable, if they want to keep the show fresh and add more castmembers they'll have to make room somehow.

i get the feeling that they will kill Ando off by the end of the season. This is only speculation. But i feel that at some point, Ando will realise that Hiro is needed to truly save the world, and will somehow sacrifice himself to save Hiro. Hiros speech about not needing powers to be a hero will come true. And then, in the future, Hiro can come back and save Ando, for i'm sure he'll have more than one 'do over'. but i digress...

I think they said they wanted to, but that they were going to kill off a character that wasn't working, but they are all working. So if they kill them off it will be for a new motivation, or a new development. I'm guessing they will eventually to stay edgy, but not this early.

This morning Simone (Tawny Cypress) gave a radio interview on the morning show that I listen to every day. Thay've had other "Heroes" cast members on there, Hiro and Clare, but I missed their interviews. The station is WGRD. The morning show is called "The Free beer and Hotwings Show". (Stupid name, I know.)They LOVE the show, and they were pumping Simone for spoilers. So here goes.

She said that one of the Heroes will die this season.

She said that there will be more Heroes introduced with powers.

And one of the more interesting things she said was that she is on the Heroes message boards all the time. They asked her what she thought about what she read on there, and she said that EVERYBODY'S theories about Sylar are WRONG. She said she "combs" the message boards to see how the theories are going.
I said, "Huh. I'll be darned."

I can't remember what else she said. I think there were a few more, though.

Yay I can post a truth on this since I read about it a long time ago. here it is. this is a post by the creators of the show on the nbc site. This is in no way altered nor fake okay. Just got to the nbc site and check it for yourself. I just hope that hiro isnt one of them to die or lose powers.

Following the same Heroes for the whole series

The great thing about this premise (that people all over the world are developing these abilities) is that we can always introduce new characters. The "origin story" is a lot of fun to watch. So we are planning to give the audience that on a regular basis. Some characters that you may love could suddenly lose their powers, or die. There’s no telling.

Entertainment Weekly has the Cover story and article on their website.
Kring mentions that he was planning to kill someone off, if the character wasn't working, but since the characters are working he's changed his mind, but I guess eventually someone will die, wasn't Issac a victim of Sylar? Speaking of which, was Matt and the blonde FBI agent in the room when they busted "Hiro"?

if more and more people discover that they have abilities, naturally some will eventually die. Additionally, Sylar seems more than able to take out a few as well. It also seems that either DL or Jessica/Niki is going to have to go to resolve their situation. Poor Micah.
