I've seen on the threads that there is momentum for the idea that the Haitian moved him. I don't understand why, other than that he works for Angela Petrelli. The Haitian can still be seen, and I think it's unlikely that he would have got in unnoticed, especially w/ HRG milling around.
Claude, on the other hand, is an unknown...we don't know who he works for, and given that he liked spending his time up on the roof of Deveaux's bdlg, it's entirely possible that he worked w/ Angela Petrelli completely unaware that she was w/ Linderman and the company.
Not to mention that he can make anyone he wants invisible. He's still the best bet for the one who moved Sylar. |

It never got alluded to, either. The only people who ever assumed she could teleport are fans that read "I'll take you there myself" as "Hold my hand honey, we'll be in Paris in just a sec." rather than "I'm a rich politician's widow with a mansion and a son who's just as wealthy as he was. Let's get you out of the country on our private jet." |

I tried to think of reasons Claude had to know Angela was associated with the Company, but I can't think of any that are watertight. But Claude is so cynical and untrusting (since his best friend and partner tried to kill him), he won't be working for anyone except himself.
Claude will be back next season with dirt about something or things that happened on that roof with the Company. |

The main reason I'm thinking that The Haitian is the one to help Sylar is twofold.
First, we don't see hide nor hair of him at all in the final episode. We see quite a bit of Angela, and the rest of the group, but nothing of The Haitian. Thus, with this potentially powerful ally out of sight (somewhat out of mind) he could be anywhere, and do just about anything that was needed.
Second, he has been shown to be working for Angela. Thus, if Angela's plans centered around Sylar acting as a destabilizing agent for the rest of our heroes, then it would be in her best interests to keep Sylar around. Since it would be in Angela's best interests to keep Sylar alive, it would also be in the Haitian's best interest to keep Sylar around. After all, if your boss wants something, you don't just sit there and say "yeah, that'd be nice" You actually go and get it done, N'est Pas? |

OK, as for Angela...
The whole teleportation theory was based on the original spoiler on her:
(paraphrasing) "She has an ability similar to another hero, but it takes a lot less time to get from point A to point B"
BUT TELEPORTATION MAKES NO SENSE IN THAT REGARD.
Teleportation is ALWAYS INSTANTANEOUS. Thats the DEFINITION of it! It is IMPOSSIBLE to teleport FASTER!!!!
