Something more to add to this Claude showing up speculation... I just had another look at the Landslide episode... I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but at the very beginning of the scene when Hiro and Ando confront Nathan Petrelli on the street (ie "you villain! villian!" scene) Hiro actually gets shoulder bumped by someone unseen before he crosses the road to confront Nathan... it was very subtle and even gets a half reaction comment out of Hiro before Ando beckons him over.
Check it out! Could it be that Claude will be back on the scene for the season finale?
Jack Coleman, Tawny Cypress, Noah Gray-Cabey, Greg Grunberg, Ali Larter, Masi Oka, Hayden Panettiere, Adrian Pasdar, Sendhil Ramamurthy, Leonard Roberts and Milo Ventimiglia also star. Clea DuVall, Lisa Lackey, James Kyson Lee, Missy Peregrym, Zachary Quinto, Richard Roundtree, George Takei and Adair Tishler guest-star.
If they list Simone and her father as coming back, and have for the past month, I'm pretty sure Claude would have made the list.
And the guy that shoulder bumps him isn't unseen. He's a 6 foot tall black guy in jeans, a brown coat and a gray knit cap. He's pretty much the opposite of invisible, and he even looks back at Hiro when he hits him.

If he does come back in tonight's ep, I don't think it would be entirely impossible for NBC to have kept it under wraps... It would have been hard, but not impossible.

Why though? I mean, he can't be THAT central to the story. They even let it slip that dead characters were coming back. There's no more reason to hide Claude than there would be to hide Mr. Deveaux.
Upon getting home last night, I reviewed that Landslide moment again, and you're right Acid... My humble apologies... That said - it would have been a very subtle and nice mini-easter egg to throw in there
I'm firmly in the belief that it's going to be season 2, and that they're going to do more than one or two episodes about him. After all, working with HRG and hiding some specials gives him the right to be in at least three episodes just by himself!
