Chandra Suresh and Adam Monroe [or whichever identity he was assuming at the time] have previously met. Chandra seems to know Noah, so he may have met each founder of the company at some point in time.

-----Chandra wrote an entry in his journal (seen on the left-hand page of the Botswana woman's page) about a male (Journal male 1) whose power may have been tissue regeneration.

Chandra has found nine , or ten if you count Shanti, evolved humans before the 2nd list was made. He was even in contact with Bridget Bailey.

Chandra seemed experienced at finding evolved humans. His second list has more than 36 listed and unlisted evolved humans on it.

Chandra's journal could be the first list that Adam used to form the company.

So,Adam may have a flashback or reveal more of his past once he sees Mohinder in Season three.

Besides, how else did Adam find the evolved humans and the Shanti virus carrier. I think Chandra is to the founders , as Mohinder is to our current heroes.

Anyways, a Chandra / Adam connection stood out while reading through his journal once again.
