Okay, so at the end of "Four Months Ago," Elle and The Haitian pursue Adam and Peter. We know how Peter's side of things turned out - he tried to TK The Haitian, it didn't work, The Haitian clobbered him and handcuffed him inside of the shipping crate.
The last we saw of Adam, he got zapped HARDCORE by Elle, which sent him flying into the wall and presumably knocked out, no? But even if it didn't knock him out, he would have still needed time to get up, recover etc, and knowing how sadistic Elle is, wouldn't she have just kept blasting him with electricity over and over again? So, if that's the case, then how the heck did Adam get away from her? He doesn't have super-strength, or super-speed, and I don't think wits could have gotten him out of that situation.
My thought is that Maury helped him out somehow, being Adam's disciple and all. But I doubt we will ever find this out.
The electricity would dispurse causing almost no damage. The only reason its effective to electricute someone in a bath tub is because there is only a limited amount of water making it easier to do the job. but with an infinite amount of water, it will dispurse so rapidly that it wont effect him.
We saw how fast Adam's hand healed when he had startled Peter and got zapped. His ability to heal is advanced and his threshold for pain as well. Remember even Claire said the pain was still there but she could get used to it. Perhaps Adam can turn on his ability or maybe anticipate an attack.

No, she said she still feels pain she just gets over it really fast... which means it stops hurting like when the healing begins.
i dont know about the healing time though, sometimes it seems faster than others. depends on the wound i guess.
I guess Adam must heal pretty fast, considering that he healed from a 20-story fall AND ran away from the scene and out of Ando's view in less than 3 seconds... ~sigh~
I think its yet another gap hole during a slow time for the writers. If the Haitian was there, would Adam's powers still work? They really dint need Elle to hit him, even more reason for Elle and the Haitian to split up.

Part of me wonders if we won't see Hiro grab Adam after they hit the ground and take him somewhere. The last scene we saw was him looking at Adam frozen in time, right? He resigned himself to not preventing his father's death but I can see him taking Adam immediately after that to take some revenge, which may lead to the scene with Peter as well.
I think this might be part of the conspiracy theory I've been talking about. It's out there, but my thought is that there is a possibility of Bob and Adam working together. Too many things look to be set up. But yeah good question, how did he escape as he looked to be out cold.

That's an awesome thought, JJ. I like! I could totally see the writers doing something clever like that. My only question would be, if he teleported with Adam, he would have to travel through space AND time to get to Peter (because Peter was in the shipping crate at the time of Kaito's death, which would mean that Hiro would have to know exactly when to teleport to with Adam.
