New update from Hana, and this one's pretty darn interesting.
Drucker made contact, here's what she wrote on her blog:
"Drucker has made contact. This could be the break we need to find out more about the founding fathers of "The Company." I have a hunch that Drucker may have known many of them personally. Let's hope he's willing to share more.
Here's what he sent:
Hana,
Does this video look familiar? We should talk, there's more to tell. I've been watching them too...for a long time.
-Drucker
Looks like Drucker was monitoring Linderman's plan to blow up NYC too. Wonder why? I sent him a reply.
Let's hope he gets back to us soon. I'm anxious to see if he has more to reveal. Until then, we wait...with bated breath...
HG"
The video is very, very interesting. In case you don't know, it can be found on Hana's blog.
Nathan flies Peter into the clouds
Somewhere along the line Nathan can no longer hold onto Peter and lets go
As he is falling, Peter explodes
We see a flaming man falling back to earth and he is about to hit the ground
Someone flies in and catches him before he hits
I think the flaming man is Nathan
And I think Peter regained control of his abilities just after he exploded, which allowed him to fly in and catch Nathan
What a SICK video.

I actually like that scenario, PK. I actually first thought the glowing thing was Peter. It made me think, "How can Nathan still be OK enough to fly after the explosion?" But it makes perfect sense.
Nathan's the one on fire, that's how he got charred up. Duh. *facepalm*
And I agree about the awesomeness of the video. I confess....I jumped up and down in my seat like a little kid when I saw it.
Keep in mind that we have yet to meet Generation 1's empath... And that has got to be one of the Season's BIGGEST REVEALS and best kept secrets, don't you think?
It doesnt make sens because Angela said Peter was the most important and powerful of all in the last episode.
^ ^ I'm with Action on this one for that exact reason.
And I really don't want Adam to be an empath. Like Obsidian, I really won't like it (and wasn't he in prison?)
It makes perfect sense that Peter could gain one of his abilities back after exploding. It was the act of going nuclear that made him lose control. Once that's over, logically he'll be able to use and control his other abilities.
The basis for the belief of an earlier empath was Claude's comment on hearing of Peter's abilities and said something to the effect of "Oh, so you're one of them." Whatever he said implied (or created the impression) that Peter was not the first with this particular skill set.
The fact that some traits are recurring parent to child (Maury to Matt) makes me very suspicious that Mr. Petrillia was/is an empath. That would be consistent with the graphic novel (where Petrelli Sr. showed no abilities) but no doubt would have hunted Linderman back down when Petrelli went home and observed healing powers. The side face of Petrelli in the Group of 12 photo -- still can't figure what the purpose could be for that.
Rob
P.s. Fact that Claire has healing powers suggests to me that Adam is in her family tree. I'm now betting that Adam is Angela's Dad. That could be dark secret hinted at in previews for next week; and Angela's talk earlier this year about Nathan re "don't let your children hate their parents" may not just be reference to Nathan and her but also to her and her Dad.

Possibly, but I think the dark secret is that they are all mutants.

That is without question the coolest nugget thrown our way by the "360" experience...agree that Kensei isn't an empath, as we know he is frozen in the future when Hiro & Peter battle in frozen time...plus an empath could have waltz out of a jail cell...the question is, where did Peter bring Nathan after catching him? Why not some type of hospital? Where do you bring a severely burned man who just saved your life? That begs the question...what the f*c%? Incredible...and CLaude spelled out that there was another empath...question is who? Mom wouldn't have saved them, her boys just let her down...Papa Petrelli...we know the abilities can be passed from parent to child Matt/Maury), so maybe Daddy is gonna save his son...you have to figure Peter is a bit dazed after exploding, if he recovered that quick, he is even a bigger bad ass than expected. I would not be suprised to see the return of the #1 character we have never met, Mr. P.
