I've updated the "Who's Online" box on the index page to always show who the last lottery winner was.

Also, since there are 52 of you subscribing to our RSS feed and it's been months since I've given it any attention, I spent about two hours today researching RSS modules for phpBB and picked the very best one. Our RSS feed now shows the title, who last responded, and the last response posted. (Previously it just showed the last title and not the response.)

So hopefully I've made at least 51 of you happy today. Enjoy! Smile

Excellent stuff - I noticed the change in my feed and came along to check it out.

Does it aggregate all topics that get new posts in them, coz it used to only aggregate newly created topics

And so we're back to 500 on the lottery wins again?

I'm not really complaining, because of my recent spat of wins, but it seemed to me that we were getting quite a few folks entering in because of the sheer amount of waffles being offered.

I'm still entering, mainly because I like to win, but heck, the payout isn't that shabby, either! Very Happy

The lottery amount will change from time to time based on various top secret factors hidden away in my super lair in a dark room with 100,000 shoeboxes. The list of factors has been cross-cut shredded and is scattered about in all the shoeboxes, just FYI.

Personally, I whisper my secret formulae to a room full of honey bees, which then disperse around the globe and whisper parts of the formulae to the rocks and trees.

That's really not that secure, though. Think about it.. Someone somewhere has to know about the formula, and if they know about it, then someone like Matt could possibly one day dig it out of your skull, and use it to their advantage!

Anyway, I like the idea behind the top-secrecy, but to be honest, I think it's a little overboard for something that's not really worth the effort to steal.......

Well, at least not now, anyway..

In my opinion, that is..
