But as this is the suggestion box, I have a couple of suggestions

(One is cross-posted in "Characters powers and weaknesses forum")

I'm wondering whether it might be an idea to rename the above forum's threads by Ability rather than character, as we now know that other characters will have some of the same abilities.

Also, I notice that a lot of topics are still active where the subject matter should by rights be closed - as in previews where the episode has aired, or discussions where conclusion has been reached.

I freely admit that I don't know anything about running forums, but might it be an idea to have a "nominated for closure" forum whereby we can post links to threads which we think should be locked off to new posts?

Of course, anyone nominating a thread for closure would, if the nomination is successful be responsible for summarising the thread (where necessary) before it's locked off.

What do you think?

I agree that a little tidying up
would help around here,
it is sometimes hard to know if a topic
has all ready been addressed when posting
something new.

lol, that forum cleanup was actually what prompted me to make those suggestions in the first place, Zone!

If I were a little more intelligent and a little less like Towelie (from South Park) I'd suggest some way of compiling all the discussions into some readily-searchable, indexable format. But I'm not. In fact, just like towelie, I'm likely to get high and wander off before I even finish formulating the sen.......

you may have resembled Mr Hanky the Christmas Poo
who, while a great character in his own right,
always struck me as a little bit corny.
Better be careful though...
I heard Homeland Security is investigating Towelie
for possible connections to the Towelieband.

I think this is a great idea, however, I do think we should have someone go in, cut out the "fluff", make a new section for "Locked" posts, and lock them up. I'd hate to miss the content, but they don't need to grow w/ me2 posts or with new people clogging up old ideas.

What does everyone else think?
