No - he already explained that. He actually bends space & time to his will when he uses his power. So he manipulates both time and space to end up whenever and wherever he wants to be. Thus he can simply find where and when he wants to go, bend that spot to meet up with his current spot in the four-dimensional space, and slip through his own private wormhole.

I see it as "Eco-Location". He's connected with mother-nature. So he always knows where he's going.
