Perchance, Sylar comes, with Mohinder to make a soup bowl of Isaac's head at a time when Peter is there? That, coupled with Hiro stepping in from wherever would give us a nice climactic battle, non?
And hey, there's been a tendency so far, whenever two or more heroes are gathered, for one or two more to appear.
That would be awesome, although I don't know how well Hiro would fare, there - unless of course he's got the sword and can pull a Samurai Kensei on Sylar and jump around like crazy and then do a fun Hiro victory dance whilst shouting "Yatta!" (やったー!)
I just had a quick question.... I was wondering why everyone calls the invisible guy, "Claude"??
Thanks
Claude is, most likely, an alias. His full name (according to every cast listing and the character himself), is Rains.
Claude Rains was a very famous actor, best known for his role as Captain Louis Renault in 1942's "Casablanca", but his first starring role came in 1933 when he played the lead in "The Invisible Man" - Hope that helps
I actually had a hard time with that at first, lol. I heard him say Claude Rains and I was like "omg, where do I know that name from?" Then one day I looked up at my "Casablanca" poster on the wall and right there beneath the title was "Claude Rains". I felt like such an idiot - it had been staring me in the face the whole time lol.
Yeah... i heard him refer to himself as "Claude Rains, the invisible man" But then i knew that was the actor form the 1933 movie, so i took it as sarcasm. Then i saw everyone calling him Claude and wondered if I had missed them actually giving him a name.
Of course, if you're into semantics, we call the Horned-rimmed glasses fella HRG, so we could start calling Claude TIDWG.. (The invisible Doctor Who guy). But that's a bit much for this board, methinks..
Yeah, TIDWG. I don't think that's going to fly lol. You'll start seeing TDIWG, GWITD, DWIGT, etc., and no one will ever be exactly what TIDWG stands for but they'll all know that TIDWG is Claude. haha. And I think HRG is HRG because we still don't know his first name! ah! The suspense!!!!!! ... sorry. [/end]
First of all, I’m very happy with the whole Peter/Claude/Isaac storyline.
I stand corrected on the Claude Raines issue - if Greg Beeman calls him Claude, then that's good enough for me.
And hey, while I'm here, does anyone remember me saying how I felt episode 16 felt very "transitional" like it was just kind of bridging a gap between two places? Well, I also spotted this on Greg's blog....
Greg Beeman again wrote:
OK – last night’s episode was one that I directed, which invariably means that I have more to say about it.
First of all, this is the one split episode that every TV show does each season. This means that we prepped the episode in late December, then took a two-week vacation, and then came back shooting.
See, I'm getting good at this!
Did I mention that Ms.Slippy (aka Zesty) is at Drama School training to be a theatre director?
