in that scene, i believe future hiro is powerless, and ando just stuns him...wanted to go more into like ...the person with the formula sacrifices themself too but....(meaning bye ando ...saving hiro)

(aka it seemed like, whomever survived that confrontation was gonna live, like a teleporter with no other real power was standing by or something) ..neither seemed like they cared about the destruction, just the formula

but yea..i like both

Ando said something like, "There's no way that was me," and speculated that it was a robot or someone who could change their appearance. If that might not really have been Ando, then that might not really have been Hiro, either.

It looks like Ando might have a power (or might have acquired one).

I wonder what was the use of the formula, since it looked like the world was already in the process of destruction.

Since you're asking for takers, I'm in. I think Hiro made a mistake by opening the safe of his father, Kaito Nakamura, in the first place Somehow, I think the future Hiro is a villian simply by being mislead by his own ambition to be something more than a "sentinel". He "Wants to BE A HEROE." I believe Ando stops him from doing something he knows woudl jeapordize the world. ( or at least tries too.)

In other words, Ando is the ordinary sidekick who discovers that Hiro is not quite himself and makes the decision to do what he believes to be the greater good - as the Hero.

My Theory: Future Peter morphs into Ando in that "future" to get the formula. The real Ando never gets a power. Hiro is seemingly betrayed because there are two Andos.

I can't believe noone's mentioned "Mohinder's All-New Power-Inducing Miracle Elixir"... If this is the future, why wouldn't Ando have taken it if it was offered by his old acquaintance Mr. Suresh? I mean, dude's been the "sidekick" all along.... He's seen these people who can do amazing things and been left the powerless outsider... You know he's jealous, just a little, cuz I sure would be. Let's say something DOES happen with Hiro, and Ando thinks he's left the Path of the Samurai or whatever... He takes the Miracle Elixir, knowing he can get close enough to Hiro to try and stop whatever nefarious plan Hiro's fallen into?

BUT: We do have shapeshifters bouncing around [Future (and maybe even Present) Peter and the New and Improved "Sylar!"], which complicates the whole friggin recipe. What better way for one of them to get close to Hiro than by taking on the appearance of his boon companion Ando?

AND EVEN MORE BUT: Why didn't the Hiro from this future defend himself by, oh, I dunno, say, TELEPORTING THE HECK OUT OF THE WAY?? Or just freezing time? Does Mohinder succeed in fulfilling Maya's wish and creating a "Normalization Tonic" that strips these supers of their powers, and perhaps it is used either (for some unknown reason) willingly by Hiro, or as a weapon against Hiro? I think our as-yet-naive Japanese Hiro wouldn't give up the "quest" handed down to him by his father, powered or unpowered.

Anyway, something to chew on....

Oh and damn the nay-sayers, Heroes still kicks nards.

I'm guessing Future Hiro 2.0 is bad... Well maybe just mislead... And it turns out Future Ando is actually the one fighting for the greater good. I mean maybe Future Ando just stunned Future Hiro... After all, F. Hiro was coming at him with a sword...

Here's my thoughts. F. Hiro showed no reason to believe he lost his powers. If F. Hiro didnt know ando had acquired a power, he wouldnt exactly know whats coming. Mabey he drew his sword instead of teleporting to "intimidate" ando, thinking it was going to be a normal fight, no powers.

I dont believe that Ando took Mohinder's formula because of the WTF! deformity that was going on with Mohinder's back. I think that Mohinder will become this monster-like human... think Bane from Batman, Venom from Spiderman, or even the Urulu mentioned in S1. Dunno how far into the future Hiro went but if it was the near future then I dont think the concoction could have been perfected yet. So had Mohinder not pulled what looked like a scale from his back then I would have thought that Ando and others get their powers from Mohinder's "juice".

Did it seem that Ando did a "Dragonball Z" kind of move with two hand together? Reminded me of Goku and his Kameamea wave. (Yes I am a DBZ nerd... some).

donthink f.hiro is powerless i justy dont think thathiro would use his ability to kill an old friend

also i thoughof that aswell when i saw it........looked a bit lik kameakamea blast
