After watching episode 5 I began to think that maybe they aren't as bad as first seen here are my reasons why with things i've seen to back it up.

1. When Claires dad is in mohinders fathers house in india and he takes he amp and all his research maybe he was looking for Sylar.

2. If someone tryed to rape my daughter I'd be pretty mad too, he showed mercy by not killing him.

3. D.L. doesn't seem that bad either specially after seeing those upcoming scenes he looks like he actully cares.

4. The person that parkman shot was not D.L. you could tell just by looking at him that he had no resmeblence to D.L.

5. They let Mohinder go in the taxi and only had him watched (eden is diffently on Claires dads side).

6. Sylar is a completely different person from D.L. or claires dad. So those people that have been killed (heads sliced in half both in present and future) are done by someone we might not have really seen much of yet.

These are my opinions and some of them are very far fecthed but hey you never know, but please post a reply I want to see what you all have to say or what your ideas are.

DL may turn out to be evil, but he is not guilty of the crimes he was imprisoned for. Niki's alterego did those things.

I'm thinking the same thing, follow me on this one:

What if Sylar has the ability to ursurp the powers of other mutants. And his ultimate goal is not to destroy the world, but take it over. In killing the other mutants he eliminates other threats to his power and also becomes a Super Mutant who possess unlimited power. I also believe that Sylar knows he's being hunted...

We know that Mr. Bennett is very familiar with Dr. Suresh's work. And we can assume he knows about "Patient Zero" aka Sylar, and his intentions. So Mr. Bennett recruits Voodoo who has the ability to probe minds and erase them if necessary. They set out to do this to anyone who's come in contact with him......and lives to tell about it. This is why they grab Matt. Matt and the FBI agent are the only people we know of who got a first hand look at Sylar and his capabilities and lived (though I'm not sure why they grabbed Nathan.....unless Nathan unknowingly made contact with Sylar, and they would know it was Sylar because Matt and the Fed got a good look at him). So they know that Sylar is impenetrable to bullets, psychokinetic, and is pretty damn fast.

So Sylar knows he's being hunted, he's also aware that the hunters have the ability to track him using a form mind probing. I believe that Sylar isn't taking the brains for the purpose of eating them, but to prevent Voodoo and Mr. B from tracking him down and stopping him.

So why does Sylar want Claire? Because Claire is the last piece of the puzzle. Once Sylar takes Claire's power of regeneration, he becomes unstoppable. And that bomb blast that hit New York didn't come from a nuke.....it came from Sylar The Invincible.

that brain taking thing is a very good idea and makes alot of sense. I also thought maybe...just maybe in the furest stretch of imagination linderman has some connection with sylar.

ok well I did some comparing and well D.L. and the voodoo guy are completely different people but i still think that they are good guys execpt maybe D.L. he might be bad but HRG and Voodoo are good

I refuse ot believe DL is evil! Read the comic and see for yourself! I'm actually finding myself to really admire him just because of Web Comic #5!!!

And I'm starting to think HRG isn't bad as well! I mean if he's capturing all the heroes, why? He hasn't sliced them up or anything yet! And we only see him erase memories but not powers
