| I wonder if it's limited to simply being able to remember everything she sees/reads, or if she has super-intelligence, too.
I think so, because she was able to put together phrases not in the book. And if she has superintelligence, what sort of limits would there be on it? Could she end up being like the show's version of Beast from the X-men?

this would more make her in the class of being the black cats dad who has supermemory or photogenic mem and ability to adapt to higher degrees of intelligence.Like how he memorized the whole super soldier syrum just glancing at it for a half a second before being spotted and then using it on his daughter to make her the black cat.

| It appears to be audiographic memory as well. She seemed to be able to recall anything she heard as well as what she read. |

Eidetic Memory (Perfect Memory?) would encompass all sensations/experiences of the individual. Her cognitive abilities do not appear to have advanced beyond normal so far though (crosses fingers).
P.S. I put "crosses fingers" in there because stereotypically in the superheroic universes the "brainy" characters are usually men & if they are women are usually villains... (I hope I'm not reading anything into THAT !) I think it would be a refreshing change to see an intelligent woman who is more than a sidekick (sorry Willow), not to mention "nerdy chicks are HAWT!" |

a little OFF:
okay i decided, i want Charlie's super memory as my own power
i am very curious what happened (will happen in ) six month ago... There are several questions...
Hiro left some weeks ago - why? They had an argument? Why left before saving her?

Maybe Hiro left because he realized there would be some rift if he was there in the diner when the other Hiro and Ando came. Maybe Slyar killed Charlie two weeks ago in this new timeline and Hiro realized he couldn't do anything. Now, having lost the love of his life, he's depressed and doesn't care to save the world.
BTW, there are real humans with superb photographic memory. While the other superheroes seem impossible, Charlie's ability is not only possible but real. The guy from Rain Man was loosely based upon a real person, Kim Peek. Kim is an autistic savant that can read two pages simultaneously, one with each eye and remembers everything he reads. While most autistics aren't savants, not all savants have autism or other issues either.
Johh Von Neumann was such a savant. Like Kim, he could remember everything he read, even 15+ years later. "At the age of six, he could divide two 8-digit numbers in his head and converse with his father in ancient Greek. ... By eight, he had mastered calculus; by twelve he was at the graduate level in mathematics reading such books as Emile Borel's 'Theorie des Fonctions'." He taught at Princeton with Einstein and Godel before he turned 30. He was one of the smarted people ever. |
