When Hiro walks into the African's hut, there is a painting to the left of the entrance.
It appears to be one person standing over another presumably dead with all the blood he is lying in

Did anyone get a real good look? Who do you think is in the painting? Have we seen this scene all ready or is it a future scene?

I hope you are not a "racist" like Ando and think they all look alike wink

I was pausing to look at all the paintings and couldn't really tell who it was.... i kinda got the impression that the one on the ground was Nathan?

I think it was of Peter cutting open Nathans head in "I am beome death"

I would have said the guy standing up was sylar jus by his build and how he's been painted previously. Also tho is there a light above his head or is that jet a reflection on the wall. As for the guy on the floor I would have said Arthur. But only because right now I can't think of anybody else alive who wears a suit. Apart from hiro, ando and noah. But why would it be them? Lol

As we have seen, the African will cover over a picture that is no longer a valid future. So, this is here to show us that the future that Peter saw (and cut open his brother's head in) is still a very real possibility. Not enough has changed for this future to become invalid.
