A request had been made for a new Heroes Theories forum to separate the spoilers from the theories. So from here on out, any new theories should go in the Theories forum, and spoilers should remain in this forum.

Mods, no need to make changes to any old posts - any new posts beyond this point should be routed to the appropriate forum in case they are accidentally posted in the wrong forum. Also, please forget what I said before about post titles - keep on posting those awesome spoilers as is!

should there maybe be seperate forums for theories and spoilers? other sites do this, and my concern would be having to limit every post i make in the spoiler section to having spoiler tags (which seems redundant)

I gotta agree with action....I mean I understand why you don't want a spoiler in the title, but it seems like that shouldn't really HAVE to be done. Especially seeing how it is clear as day that this is a spoiler AND theory section. I mean, why, in the spoiler section, should anything have to be hidden? It's the spoiler section that's why you came here! Now, spoilers being posted DO end up leading to theories on the spoiler. My thought is that there be a Theory forum without any spoiler info added, and STILL keep the spoiler and theory section open. I don't know, it just sounds kinda lame that you would have to cover up a spoiler in the SPOILER section. IMO either seperate theories and spoilers (which is NEVER gonna happen because people theorize about spoilers) OR have a theory section that is limited to no spoilers and things only based off of what is in the shows you've seen. Probably not going to happen either way, but that seems like a much better way to handle it.......because guranteed some people are going to pay 0 attention to this rule.

I can certainly make a separate forum for Theories. My original thought was not to split things up, however your wish is my command.

Also, I never said anything about using the HIDE BBcode to hide spoilers in this forum, although I can see where the confusion was created by hiding the spoiler I posted.

Mods, no need to change existing titles of threads - let's leave things as they are until I get the new Theories forum set up.

I would tend to agree with Alucard and Action. To me this forum has worked pretty well as is....

Maybe since we have SO MANY NEW MEMBERS who want to post their theories... and they are all welcome.... we should have a "Theories" forum.

But, the Spoilers and Theories forum has always worked as intended. When we have a super-advanced spoiler, we hide it! (Surprise). Then we theorize like hell about it. By 5 posts later everyone knows what the spoiler was about anyway.

Best way to keep people away is by them knowing that this is Spoilers AND Theories.

How about "Spoilers and Theoreies" and "Theories Only" being the titles of the forums or something like that, since most theories are based on spoilers. I suppose there are some theories solely based on what we've seen in the shows, but most of my theories are based on spoilers, so I'll end up posting them in the spoiler forum anyway. Then you can keep this forum like it is and just start a new one called "Theories Only" or "Non-Spoiler Theories" so all you'll have to do will be add a forum and not change this one in any way. Just my 2 cents
