Never would I suggest that BYD should be taken lightly.
In actual fact I spend a great deal of my time
worrying about the things BYD might do to me...
as a moderator and someone
who has an almost unlimited amount of waffles
there is practically no limit to the things BYD can do.
Nor would I ever suggest that the content of BYD's posts
should be taken lightly as they are generally relevant
and add much to the discussion to the topics at hand
where as mine often tend to meander around pointlessly at times.
The only thing I wanted to point out is the sheer volume of his posts,
Where mere mortals like Blob can boast of 800 post
or myself reaching half that number
neither one of us look that impressive when Mr 2000++++ comes strolling in.
BYD is like that smart kid who keeps screwing up the grade curve in class
getting that 100% and all the extra credit points on every paper in every class.
Sure it's great to sit next to him in class during tests
but it sucks when the rest of the class is still trying to spell our names right.
Did I mention my posts tend to meaner pointlessly at times?
I guess what I really wanted to say is
Please don't hurt me BYD.

I´ve been checked out the site and I have to say that´s pretty awesome what you people have done in this time...congrats!

I want more waffles!!!!!!!!!!! It´s hard to find them in Argentina,,, cry

I tend to agree Zone. However, with as much meaningless posting as I do on here, it is actually in the realm of possibility that I could catch up to Byd if I get a nice quite week where he's on vacation and doesn't post in, and I'm here at work and fill my day doing nothing but posting on here, and getting very little done.

Now, that being said, I highly doubt that will ever happen, as I tend to like my job, and I try to do as much as I can. However, I also doubt that Byd would ever allow me the opportunity to overtake his record that he's set, since he still seems determined to raise that bar higher and higher each day! Shocked

But if it weren't for Moderators like Byd, I wouldn't have a goal to shoot for either!

The lack of time is the most challenging,when you want to break a record.Anyway,I´m most of the time working at home,´cause I´m a theatre teacher,and I only give lessons two days in a week. jive

All kidding aside
I really have to commend BYD on
the consistent quality of his posts.
BYD is like an Olympic Marathon Runner
whose steady pace eats up the miles
one mile after another in his patient manner.
It blew me away when his posts
exceeded even those ofSuperHiro's while The Great One was on a break,
a task I would have thought impossible.
For awhile there I thought Slippy would challenge him
with his initial blizzard of postings
but somehow even the mighty Slipster seemed to slow down.
By posting everyday in his steady and methodical manner
the rest of us will just have to get use to seeing the back
of the running BYD in the far off distance
as we vainly try to catch up with him.
One more thing I would like to mention is
that this site has really benefitted
from BYD's good presence.

I whole-heartedly agree Zone. While I miss the constant mirth of Slippy's rhetoric, and the daunting impressiveness of SH's posts and the in-depth soul searching that accompanies those posts, I'd have to say that Byd has been quietly efficient in taking care of the day to day workload, and has done a magnificent job! I couldn't think of a better candidate for the role of Moderator Extrodinaire!

Well done Byd. I actually envy you.. (darn it!) lol

I'd have to say my kudos also.

Although quantity is great, Quality matters.

When the show returns, I expect to really crank some posts in "Theories & Spoilers", but not to the degree of POPKORN or some of you folks. You're really good at it too Jorm. So was Slippy. Always intelligent, thoughtful posts, which make you stop and consider options.

I hope the board really picks-up as we get close to September 24th.

I am glad to see people like Ana joining us from other countries. I hope some of the moderators are paying attention to the trend. I wish we can make it easier for people from the other countries who are maybe behind in viewing the show's episodes to participate in the discussions and the forums without "spoiling" themselves.

But I am not a mod, and I don't want to say anything to even remotely have anybody think that I know what I am talking about...I don't want to get into trouble.

Not all posts are equal Payquage
you have posted some great posts
filled to the brimming with heaps of content
while others are content to make mild or bland
comments on other people's ideas
just to rack up the numbers.
Right now my goal is to strive for coherency
and earn my Big Single Reputation Star.

You guys, Zonedancer & Payquage are some of the most consistent posters, especially in the Theories and Spoilers forum. I like that.

I hardly ever see "rolling eyes" from folks like you. That's why, I would give you both REP POINTS and Waffles in a heartbeat.

I agree. While some folks consider one to two lines adequate for their props and think that because they can find and paste links sufficient, you two are some of the most original folks I can imagine. You do thorough research, you also word your answers to make sure that your points are concise and do not tend to offend folks as well. I have to say that I've been working on trying to mimic my postings to be as creative and thorough as you both are..
