Which would you pick? depending on what type of gamer you are and what you prefer, you have a few options. im talking home consoles and not computers. heres my opinion:
(keep in mind, the only system i have NOT played is the PS3)
Online:
1. 360
2. PS3
3. Wii
Xbox live is awesome. they got it right the first time, then improved on it on the 360. From what i hear, the PS3 is not online as of yet. (i could be wrong) but sony has proved that it can go online. the Wii online looks to be a little...ehhh. not sure how thats going to work with everyone. Wii system codes might not be to everyones liking.
i included a fun factor category here...but i decided to not put it up.
Games:
1. 360 (Gears of War)
2. PS3 (Metal Gear...*drool*)
3. Wii (Zelda)
360 has the advantage because its been out way longer than the other two consoles. PS3 has the gaming industry backing it up. Metal Gear looks awesome! Nintendo has Zelda. Dude. Its Zelda. This order may or may not change, just because games for the nintendo and sony have not really came out yet.
Graphics:
1. 360/PS3
3. Wii
I read that the graphics on the PS3 are pretty much the same as the 360. Wii's graphics suck compared to the competition.
Originality:
1. Wii
2. PS3
3. 360
Wii takes this. Hands down. PS3 has got the blu ray and the tilt sensor, while the 360 has...the standard.

i cant really rank them yet. way too hard for me. when i get my hands on a sony and actually play it, i'll know. right now, i have a 360 and a Wii. at this very moment. the Wii is kicking my Xbox's ass.

XBL is king in online console gaming right now. PS3's online capabilities aren't looking to hot...What are they gonna use it for? Wii however is in second for one reaosn alone. Super Smash Brothers Brawl online play.

Yea the 360 has been out longer and has the better games out for it but I believe that it's spot will soon be replaced by the Wii. PS3 so far has no games out for it of it's own. Most of them are rehashes of earlier 360 games. The only ones that even interest me in later releases is MGS and DMC.

PS3 has the superior software in it and they don't have a game that yet demonstrates the full use of it. But the only thing about that is that is virutally the only thing the PS3 has going for it.

Wii is highly original and even the 360 is more original than the PS3. The ONLY thing original with the PS3 is the blu-ray and that isn't proving to be entirely useful. The sikaxis controls? c'mon...Nintendo had that long time ago. Kirby's Tilt and Tumble.

I believe the Wii will prove itself to be the superior system after a good amount of time. I believe the PS3 will be to Sony as the Dreamcast was to Sega.

I know..!! but you can get both the Wii and PS3 for 5,000 now that is a savings...

I went to Zellers for the Wii with my moms boyfriend.. and i saw that there was a 20gb playstation 3 there... we ended up buying it, the worker didn't know why it was still there but we found out from my mom that a different lady that was working there kept telling people that it was just an empy box including my mom so anyways, on my mothers boyfriends orders i have now placed it up on EBAY.. im so ashamed.. considering im only getting 50 bucks out of the deal if it goes, but hey im only asking for 100 bucks over buying price..
Looking at the three systems, the Wii is the only one that I'd describe as truly "next generation". Sure, the other two have heftier hardware and more power, but what are they doing with it? They're making the same exact games they've been making all along.
The Wii, however, is the first real innovation to hit the video game market in a long time. An actual fundamental change in the way gamers and games interact.

i totally agree with ya boss. as the days go by, im loving my wii more and more. i played my 360 the other day...but it didnt last long. 30 mins..then back to my wii. lol.
