I took a look on the source code of the page with the application form and I found that each of the 3 answers to each question is actually mapped to a number (this number can be 1, 2 or 3)
When you click the submit button, a JS function gets the type of answer you used the most and sends that to the registration page
I think this may be useful to whatever NBC is trying to do
this is the code that gives the "value" of each answer:

I tried doing that same thing the night of the episode but no call still. I figured maybe one of the 3 would work but then I also tried a nominal answering which means mainly (2) cuz that is the nominal in most tests for jobs with some 1s in the answers so it dont look suspicious. Still no calls. But yea I found that to on monday when tryin to crack it. Hopefully one of us get a call using that strategy.
I got an email today from "Primatech" looking to be a response to my "application":

Thank you for your interest in Primatech Paper and taking the time to complete our employee application.
Unfortunately, after reviewing your submission, we don't have any openings that match your skill-set at this time. You are always welcome to re-apply at a later date.
So! I'm not good enough for them! I can't lie and say I didn't feel a surge of disappointment, because it reminds me too much of fruitless job searches IRL. I think for a moment I half forgot this wasn't really for a job, haha.
Then underneath there was a little message that made it seem more like this was a message sent out to a whole message list of people, as it gave me the option to unsubscribe, etc. So I suppose many of us got this same message. Did anyone who filled out the app get anything different? I wonder if responses might be different according to the way one answered questions.

I love that line in the email! And it seems like you need to answer with mainly 2's then, right? If thats the case, then answer C C B B A C A
Does this mean the turtle dies?!?

"Thank you for your interest in Primatech Paper. We will be in contact once we evaluate your application. "
i also got a text message from them telling me a primathech rep would contaact me in a few weeks to tell me what to do next....
etticat you have to wait for the next email. That one you got is a default to say that they received your application. They will send another one soon. And to the turtle dying question I put take it to safety. Not all answers need the nominal number 2 answer. That is more of a swaying answer to be a not right but not bad answer. In other words but some number 1 answers with the number 2s but the one they responded to was actually my real answer application not the hacked ones. I did honest answers and they replied to that one positively
I also answered to take the turtle to safety, maybe i will get hired! Im wondering how far in depth this will go? Its really kinda neat. Thanks for the clarification, and if i get declined i will try to reapply with "correct" answers till i do get "hired" ha ha ha.
